Is Australia a
Fluoridation Police State?

Books could be written, thousands of pages quoted from Australia’s Hansards,
Federal and States, plus official dossiers from the A.M.A, A.D.A., N.H.M.R.C.,
and a large amount of fluoridation scientific propaganda from all Australian
Health Departments.
Nothing in Australian medical history has been promoted in
such a willy-nilly questionable scientific manner as compulsory mass
medicating the Australian population with unlicenced, unproven safety
fluoride pollutant, fluoride by-product chemicals, collected directly
inside fertiliser factory exhaust chimneys.
Let us record the most perfect description of a Police State unanimously
adopted by the Victorian State Government.
On
28th October 1993, the Victorian Government unanimously passed a
new Fluoridation Act, which changed the Victorian Constitution which now
reads:
“The Supreme Court of
Victoria is prohibited from entertaining case against fluoridation.”

The Minister of Health stated that day:
“Health Fluoridation Act
should not be prevented from doing so by actions before a court.”

Passed without debate.
At that moment on that day, on 28th October, 1993,
we became a Police State.
Democracy and honesty were destroyed, fluoridation must be protected from
Courts and any such suggested actions by "The People" is prohibited by the
Constitution!
The State of Victoria by the Supreme Law of the Victorian State Constitution
now over-rides everything in medical democracy associated with our
involvement as part of the 1949 Nuremberg Court Ruling relative to
compulsory medication.
"THE VOLUNTARY CONSENT OF
THE HUMAN SUBJECT IS ABSOLUTELY ESSENTIAL."
(Nuremberg Code)
The Australian Constitution, Section 50(xxiiiA) under, "Legislative Powers
of Parliament" states:
THE PROVISION OF ...
MEDICAL AND DENTAL SERVICES, BUT NOT AS TO AUTHORIZE ANY FORM OF CIVIL
CONSCRIPTION."
The Australian Constitution over-rides all State Laws that are contrary to
the Australian Constitution, but correspondence to State and Federal
Ministers from our Association are ignored on this matter of Law and Order
in a Democratic Country.
Why all the patently clear political fear by Parliaments and their
bureaucrats, that give preference to protecting Fluoridation, rather than
democratically protecting the People's Health which constitutionally is why
they are representing the People in Parliament.
That is their job!
Science and honesty must not confuse the Police State relative to
fluoridation which has become a commercially important industry in which
toxic pollutant waste by-product fluorides become GOLD that is distributed
far and wide.
The Australian Law on Doctors and medicines follow the Nuremberg Code:
"No person may be
medicated against their will”
The High Court of Australia confirms this Law. (1992) However, Australian
action by Parliaments give preference to fluoridation and proceed by
following the like principles of the infamous Nazi general Josef Goebbels,
who stated in 1939:
"Our propaganda must
arrive under intense protection."
However, the fluoridation protection is now at its shaky scientific limit
and it is only carried forward relative to its great industrial wealth, not
to be confused with public health and honesty.
Fluoridation - a commercial industrial project
Fluoridation is not a medical discovery from scientific institutions or
Medical Research, it has no scientific medical pedigree, no scientific base
and, indeed, is properly classified as a commercial, industrial project.
Fluoridation is a process of sorcery by turning garbage into
gold and, being a commercial success, it has tonnes of that gold to further
and protect what has been described as "The greatest scientific fraud of the
Century". (Albert Schatz, Discoverer of Streptomycin, one of the most highly
decorated medical scientists in the world).
Such descriptions of fluoridation are not challenged, although they create
intense scientific embarrassment to fluoridation promoters in Government
Organisations, all of which are deposited into the covert file.
Possibly the highest Dental academically qualified dentist in Australia, the
late Dr. Phillip Sutton, D.D.Sc., F.R.A.C.D.S.. Senior Research Fellow,
Department of Oral Medicine and Surgery, Dental School, University of
Melbourne, wrote a book that was published 1996 under the Title - THE
GREATEST FRAUD, FLUORIDATION.
In
Dr Sutton's days a Doctor of Dental Science was the only dentist permitted
to use the title of Doctor.
In
Australia today it is difficult to find a qualified academic Doctor of
Dentistry, D.D.Sc., those using the title of Doctor have University training
to a Bachelors qualifications but by the "graciousness" of the Victorian
Government changing the Official Titles Act, they are allowed to call
themselves Doctor.

Quite a unique situation, confirmed only to dentists! -
instant elevation to the highest degree title in a
University.
Europe unimpressed with Fluoridation
The U.S. Center for Disease Control (C.D.C.) attempted to cloud the growing
acceptance that fluoridation is "a scientific fraud" by delivering a
ridiculous ultimatum and including fluoridation as "one of the greatest
health advancements of the Century.”
That ridiculous, unsubstantiated piece of scientific medical propaganda
conjures up reasons why nobody wants this so-called wonderful compulsory
medication that does not comply with international medical laws using
fluoride chemicals never registered as safe for humans. (F.D.A., E P.A.,

The whole of Europe is unimpressed with the C.D.C. nonsense or its
supporting promotion of fluoridation, but it did help the Anglo-Saxon
countries to promote fluoridation mostly based on the Australian disease of
apathy.
Without doubt the dental fluoride floggers in their blinkered scientific
intellect teach in universities that, just adding a fluoride poisonous waste
by-product of fertiliser factories to drinking water supplies and
"hey-presto", (the conjurors phrase of command), no more dental decay and
very few dentists, all entering the dental history books and indeed
should qualify for mention in Ripley's "Believe it or not!"
They spend so much time, energy, effort and lots of money purveying and
flogging a failed medical concept. Dentists are the bag-men of the
fertiliser factory owners.

From all the properly conducted research the scientific failure of
fluoridation is paramount in dental history, but to admit this would create
problems never before witnessed in Science. Parliaments, Politicians,
Bureaucrats, Universities and fluoride promoting Organisations would face
greater than ever legal proceedings.
The question will be asked, probably in an angry manner, demanding proof of
the above statements.
That is a reasonable democratic demand, although in reverse when seeking
proof from the fluoride lobby relative to their propaganda, we are faced
with deafening silence. Medical blunders are always buried.
The Illegitimate Birth of Fluoridation in Australia
Let us start at the beginning of fluoridation in Australia 1953.
The illegitimate birth of fluoridation in Australia is a well documented
undemocratic Government action, by substituting the "will of the people"
with totalitarian medical and dental despotic laws of dictatorship, all of
which are contrary not only to the Australian Constitution, but to Common
Law and Medical Ethics in this country.
When fluoridation was first started in Australia in 1953 and recommended in
Federal Parliament by a Senior Medical Organisation, there were no existing
published scientific studies supporting that “medical expert group’s”
claimed knowledge that fluoridation would stop tooth decay in Australia or
indeed anywhere.
The burning question to this day is a demand for their scientific
medical-dental reasons for presenting to the Government unproven
fluoridation propaganda about mass medicating the Australian population
before the first "ever" experiment on the first "ever" fluoridation plant
results were documented in World Scientific Literature.
As
there are no Accountability Laws in Australia and our politicians somewhat
disinterested, or instructed otherwise, no questions were asked on that
first official day of fluoridation propaganda, all without ANY
scientific evidence relative to the health of Australian People to be
compulsorily mass medicated with this new medical unsubstantiated process,
never before used in the world.
The only scientific reference to this proposed fluoridation medical-dental
concept was documented in Chemical Dictionaries describing the fluorides
proposed to be adding to our drinking water supplies as "the most dangerous
toxic material - not suitable for human use". (F.D.A., A.M.A.)

The first “experimental fluoridation” study ever in the world was in the
U.S.A. It was a ten year study of an experiment on those people,
starting 1945, and the results 10 years later in 1955, after which the data
would be documented.
That was the original
U.S. experiment on the first case of
fluoridation.
It is officially documented in the L.S.A. as an experiment.
So
in Australia fluoridation was recommended by the highest medical authority
before the first experiment was concluded.
Indeed the first Australian fluoridation plant was installed in Tasmania in
1953, two years before the first experiment was concluded and before its
10 year data was published.
The questions continue; nothing in Medicine, Dentistry, Pharmacology or
Australian History has been promoted in such an expensive manner as
"Compulsory" fluoridation, especially as its use is illegal according to
Australian Law.
POLITICAL TRUST
The Political splurge in the 2004 Australian Elections was, TRUST us,
HONESTY, Trust with a big T.
How can politicians face the Australian people prominently displaying a
"TRUST TAG" when they are collectively forcing every Australian person to
daily drug themselves, 24 hours every day in their own homes with a toxic
fluoride pollutant, unrefined, not of Pharmaceutical quality required of all
prescribed medicines, and indeed not registered or licenced for human
use!!!," Stranger than fiction, but it is a real fiction!
Here we have a health concept that starts in an illegal manner, and has been
politically cultured and allowed to remain in use over the past 50 years all
without legal or pharmaceutical qualifications.
That destroys the political “TRUST
US TAGS”
and leaves honest democracy in tatters whilst their fluoride sales promotion
continues unabated culminating in the BIG QUESTION – WHY?
Who rules the rulers?
FLUORIDATION FAILURE
Politicians and Representatives of the People go into media print “2004”
admitting the need for $400 million ($400,000,000), necessary to service at
least 500,000 Australians suffering dental disease that requires urgent
treatment.
The cost may be right, but the 500,000 dental sufferers is well
underestimated and all concocted in the usual dental guesswork.
The hoax of fluoridation is explained in a letter from a Government Project
Oral Health Manager 2004, as part of their scientific "proof of fluoridation
effectiveness. He stated they are:
"Promoting good diet, good
oral hygiene and regular dental check-ups.”
This is followed by the prize scientific statement:
"The benefits of
fluoridation on the other hand are immediate."
Why worry about diet or those other suggested requirements when fluoridation
is like Instant Coffee, “fluoridation action is immediate”.
Tell that to the 500,000 dental sufferers in Australia, many in Tasmania,
fluoridated 50 years ago. The President of the Australian Dental Association
reported in The Advocate, 2001:
“Tasmania is in a dental
crisis.”
The messages from these bureaucrats “doing their jobs” is interesting – this
Oral Health Manager stated:
"Fluoridation of water
supplies is endorsed by all respectable major health bodies around the world
as safe, effective and equitable.”
There you have the parroted illegal fluoridation propaganda.
Commonsense, apart from actual science, illustrates the fluoridation
nonsense in that ridiculous statement because less than 4% of the world
population actually use fluoridation and those 4% by Government compulsion,
labelled honest democracy!
The Oral Health Manager is inferring that all the scientifically advanced
countries throughout Europe endorse fluoridation, but the whole of
Europe is free
of fluoridation.
So
the Health Manager in his words considers European countries are not of a
"reputable class".
It
takes a brave or ignorant person to make such claims in the cause of
fluoridation promotion.
How successful is fluoridation in Australia?
It
is documented that over 80% of Australian populaces use fluoridated water,
but at the same time dental decay is increasing by 22% (Child Care
Health Survey 1999, by Australian Institute of Health and Welfare).
The whole of Europe is
free of fluoridation.
They also reported in a survey of 372,000 children they found decayed and
missing teeth in 5-15 year olds were increasing.
Has fluoridation stopped tooth disease in Australia?
The Australian Dental Association came out from under their fluoridation
safety umbrella on 30th September, 2004 when their President, Susan Hanlen,
is reported in the Herald-Sun giving her advice to politicians during the
elections:
“The major parties need to
urgently address the oral health crisis and start appreciating that
oral and dental health are part of overall health.”
What has happened to all the mythical guarantees that once fluoride is
put in drinking water supplies there will be no more dental decay and
few dentists?
They also claim fluoridation causes “remineralisation” of teeth, which
automatically rebuilds damaged teeth and repairs decayed sections by
replacing lost minerals.
TRUTH is slowly surfacing, clearing away fluoride mythical fantasy and its
whimsical speculations showing the scientific rort of the fluoridation spin
doctors and their friendly politicians.
The
latest Government publication on Fluoridation is a booklet by the Victorian
Department of Human Services 2004, under the title, “Water Fluoridation,
information for health professionals.”
Apart from a host of inaccurate scientific statements on fluoridation, the
Health Department in their Summary state:
“The overwhelming weight of
evidence supports community fluoridation as safe and effective in the
prevention of dental caries.”
There is no documented scientific evidence to support their fluoridation
propaganda of "safety" and "effectiveness" and their expression,
"overwhelming weight of evidence" draws us into their realm of scientific
fantasy, developed by the Health Department, all without evidence drawn from
REAL scientific documentation.
FLUORIDE - Not Generally Recognised as Safe
The
U.S. Food and Drug Administration stated in their Federal Register 1975:
"Fluoride is explicitly designated by the Food and Drug Administration as
'not generally recognised as safe'." (p.23248)
In
2001 the F.D.A. advised the U.S. Senate in personal representation in the
Senate that they could not present any evidence of human safety for Sodium-silicofluoride
and Hydrofluorosilicic Acid as used to fluoridate drinking water supplies.
The
E.P.A. followed with exact same evidence that they (E.P.A.) have never seen
any scientific evidence of human safety from the use of these fluoridation
chemicals.
The
Australian counterpart, The Therapeutic Goods Administration, responsible
for protecting the population from unregistered toxic chemicals, advised
16th April, 2004, they have no records of Licencing Sodium-Silicofluoride or
Hydrofluorosilicic Acid for water fluoridation and do not have any evidence
of it being safe for humans.
The
N.H.M.R.C. together with the World Health Organization have been unable to
show documented scientific proof of fluoridation safety to humans
(correspondence).
Where does all this Health Department claim of overwhelming scientific
evidence of fluoridation safety originate?
Its
source is the U.S.A. and its super wealthy fertiliser factories producing
superphosphate plus their great spin-doctor.
The fluoridation sales ploy is based on FEAR that people world-wide,
including Australia, will start questioning a similarity of fluoride with
asbestos, thalidomide, D.D.T., lead in petrol, plus a long documented list
of other Government promoted chemicals that disappeared in a covert manner,
even though they caused human devastation over many years.
Make your own choice of political claims of "TRUTH" and "TRUST US", they may
lead you out of the wilderness of our Fluoridation Police State similar to
their Weapons of Mass Deception all based on scientific nothingness.
