Logic, Commonsense, Democracy, Protection of the People
The U.S. City of Lakewood, Ohio, has
documented their 2003 "Codified Ordinances", a document of many pages but
great care on the use of fluoride chemicals in food, drinks, ice cream,
baked goods, jellies, non-alcoholic drinks, also standards of Purity for
food products (1749.19).
Example:
"1749.10 Injurious substances in
ice cream.
No person, firm or corporation shall
prepare, manufacture, sell, keep for sale, deliver or suffer or permit to
be prepared, manufactured, sold, kept for sale or delivered, any ice
cream, sherbet or ices which
contain any sulphurous acid, sulphur
dioxide or sulphites, benzoic acid or benzoates, boric acid or borates,
salicylic acid or salicylates, phosphoric acid or added phosphates,
formaldehyde, hydrofluoric acid or fluorides, fluoroborates,
fluosilicates or other fluorine compounds, dulcin, glucin, saccharin,
alum, compounds of copper, betanaphthol, hydronaphthol, abrastol, asaprol
or any metal or added metallic salt or coloring matter other than those
authorized under Section 1749.07, or any deleterious flavoring matter or
flavoring matter not true to name or any substance of any sort injurious
to health."
"17.49.01 Impurities in Baked Goods
No person, firm or corporation shall
prepare, manufacture, sell, keep for sale, deliver or suffer or permit to
be prepared, manufactured, sold, kept for sale or delivered any bread,
macaroni, noodles, spaghetti, pie, cake, pastry, cookies, ice cream cones
or other articles of food or food products which contain sulphurous acid,
sulphur dioxide or sulphites, any boric acid or borates, salicylic acid or
salicylates, formaldehyde, hydrofluoric acid, fluorides, fluoborates,
fluosilicates or other fluorine compounds, dulcin, glucin, saccharin,
paraffin, betanaphthol, hydronaphthol, abrastol, asaprol, oxites of
nitrogen, nitrous acid or nitrites, pyroligneous acid or compounds of
copper, or any other substance injurious to health or which is adulterated
as herein and hereafter defined."
1749.14 Injurious substances in
jellies
No person, firm or corporation shall
prepare, manufacture, sell, keep for sale, deliver or suffer or permit to
be prepared, manufactured, sold, kept for sale or delivered any product
which contains any added phosphoric acid or any mineral acid, saccharin,
dulcin, glucin, benzoic acid or sodium benzoate, betanaphthol, abrasthol,
asaprol, fluorides, fluoborates, fluosilicates or other fluorine
compounds, formaldehyde or any chemical preservative, any gelatin,
agar, added starch, arsenic, tin, lead or any added coloring matter,
unless it is such as authorized under Section 1749.07."
"1749.16 Adulteration of
nonalcoholic drinks
No person, firm or corporation shall
prepare, manufacture; sell, keep for sale, deliver or suffer or permit to
be prepared, manufactured, sold, kept for sale or delivered any
nonalcoholic drink which contains any boric acid or borates, salicyclic
acid or salicylates, formaldehydes, sulphurous acid or sulphates,
hydrofluoric acid or benzoates, fluoborates, fluorosilicates . or
other fluorine compounds, saccharin, cocaine, morphine or any added
habit forming drugs, dulcin, glucin, saponin or soap bark, betanaphthol,
hydronaphthol, abrasthol, compounds of copper, pyroligneous acid, methyl
alcohol or any added color, except those authorized under Section 1749.07,
or any other substances deleterious to health."
The Section 1749.07 is a control under the
Food and Drug Administration (F.D.A.) that must approve substances mixed
into food and beverages.
A strange set of rules when one understands
the F.D.A. does not REGISTER fluoride sodium silicofluoride, as SAFE for
humans in fluoridated water supplies, but it is recommended for human use by
the U.S. Government. What direction does science take?
It's a matter of "horses for courses",
depending on which "race" they run, and indeed their "ownership" and the
prize involved.
Perhaps the Politicians consider water is
not a food or beverage?
"1749.07 Coloring Matter
No person, firm or corporation shall
prepare, manufacture, sell, keep for sale, deliver or suffer or permit to
be prepared, manufactured, sold, kept for sale or delivered any food
product in which any dye or coloring matter is used whereby damage is
done, inferiority concealed, or the food product made to appear better or
of greater value than it is. Coal tar dyes and other coloring matter
approved by the Federal Food and Drug Administration for use in foods, and
only such FDA-approved dyes and other coloring matter, may be used in
foods, provided that no damage is done or inferiority concealed or the
food made to appear better or of greater value than it really is."
Medical and Scientific Logic
The fluoride chemical, sodium
silicofluoride, added to drinking water supplies, is not, and cannot be
claimed to be "a water treatment chemical", it does nothing except pollute
water.
The sodium silicofluoride added to our
drinking water supplies is for the treatment of humans (that's you).
Simple scientific logic identifies
compulsory artificial fluoridation, as mass medication with a poisonous
fluoride chemical, never registered as safe for human ingestion.
This situation will find politicians and
fluoridation promoters in serious trouble under the Laws of Australia
(Health and Constitution) and that day is not too distant - if honesty is
allowed to prevail under the scientific umbrella of the Constitution and
World Standard Pharmacology.
The Public Fear
The public fear to openly question the
Media for its ban on publishing scientific data on fluoridation
They fear to speak out against shoddy
dental science as championed by politicians, dentists, doctors and indeed
Universities.
They fear, and indeed know, that
fluoridation, after all, is an act of sorcerers, intellectually dishonest,
scientifically baseless, and seriously unconstitutional, but afraid to be
associated in public or private groups of discussion. They actually are
afraid of the dentist and doctor.
They fear to question their dentist or the
person they voted into Parliament to justifiably represent them according to
the Constitution and the promise clearly delineated in their glossy
manifestos.
The question they fear to ask - If
fluoridation is the wonder drug stopping tooth decay, WHY do Government
Health Departments together with dental organisations world wide recommend
all children must have SEALANTS placed on their teeth - TO STOP TOOTH
DECAY?
The Victorian Government Public Notice -

"There's a better way, Seal Kids Teeth
against Decay, Dental Sealants work."
The evidence to date shows sealants do
really work but the question follows - What is fluoridation doing in the
meantime??? - apart from a money spinner in particular directions.
The quote of the year 2002 -
"Scientists, be they Chemists or
Meteorologists, go in pursuit of truth, and hope to make discoveries. This
applies equally to the science of dentistry."

In general, we agree, but in reality
fluoridation is a baseless science of 60 years unproven safety.
ALL FLUORIDATION DOES IS GIVE DENTISTRY A
CREDIBILITY PROBLEM.
