Australian Fluoridation Democracy
The ABC News, 13th June, 2002

McKern, says the water authority has listened to the wishes of the
people."
Whilst we have introduced fluoride
into Bendigo and Kyneton with total support, well certainly no
opposition, it is a different story in Castlemaine. There is a
community that believes they don't particularly want fluoride and we have
heeded their wishes."
The survey for Castlemaine had 103
responses with 97 against fluoridation. (Emphasis added)
Problem
Who governs Victoria, when was the Law (the
Victorian Fluoridation Act 1973) altered to allow a water authority manager
to decide who gets fluoridation?
Is our so called Democracy in such a state
that the Bendigo Courier, 17th June, 2002 printed this Death Notice:

DEATH NOTICE
"DEMOCRACY died in Bendigo a 17th
June, 2002 when fluoridation was added to the town drinking water
supply.

How was Democracy killed in Bendigo?
Consider the statement by the Chairman of
Coliban Water, Mr Gordon McKern, on ABC Radio 13th June, 2002.
He said Coliban Water introduced fluoride,
(we think he means fluoridation) into Bendigo, "with total support, well
certainly no opposition".
"Castlemaine is exempt because they
had a survey response of 103 people."
The Democracy that died in Bendigo
Bendigo had 7,000 signatures on petition to
Coliban, 350 letters and 87 telephone calls, all against fluoridation, on a
survey of 10,000 people, a result of 70% against fluoridation, and the
Coliban manager told ABC Radio on 13th June, they had full support,
certainly no opposition, to fluoridate Bendigo!
From our observations and press reports it
seems the Coliban Water support came from meetings with locals invited to
evening meetings and paid $50 per person for attendance, no bias
there we hope.
Bendigo is noted for fluoridation
gobbledygook!
Bendigo Advertiser 16th May, 1981:
"A more recent survey of primary
schools in the Eaglehawk health centres area had indicated that the
problem of acute dental decay had dropped to one tenth of what it was two
years ago.
When Bendigo's water was (?)
fluoridated the problem (dental decay) would disappear completely."
(Statement by spokesman for A.D.A,
Bendigo Advertiser 8th April, 1981).
Problem
(1) Eaglehawk is not fluoridated, also
Bendigo is not fluoridated.
(2) A.D.A. state Eaglehawk school
children's teeth have improved 90% without fluoridation in two years.
The Bendigo Courier 7th September, 1998,
reported a statement by Mr Alan Tilley, Democrat Candidate, that the former
CEO Coliban Water, Nick Bourke, admitted for every 100 against fluoridation
they received only one in support.
Alan Tilley said 7,000 signatures was a
clear sign of fluoridation opposition in Bendigo.
Midlands Express 19th February, 2002
"Fluoride decision, water from Coliban
supplied to Mount Alexander Shire, Castlemaine, will not be fluoridated.
The CEO of Coliban Water, Gordon
McKern said, "fluoride sparks debate, whenever it's mentioned, with a lot
of this debate unfortunately fuelled by misinformation."
Absolutely correct Mr McKern, but you
failed to nominate any of our official data as "fluoridation misinformation"
and the Victorian Government has never challenged us directly on data we
have submitted, so where does all this misinformation originate?

Good Teeth Why?
"Australian school children have
better teeth now, but no one knows how much better, or the particular
reasons why." "In a joint statement Mr A.j. Bloomfield of the A.D.A. and
Dr P. Patrick, director general of Health and Medical Services in
Queensland, said all States (of Australia) believed there has been a
marked improvement in dental health with the expansion and growth of
the school dental services."
And not a word about fluoridation!!
Foreigners find it difficult to pronounce "Bendigo"
but no difficulty in understanding their fluoridation rort.
Political quote of the year
The Prime Minister, John Howard, as
reported in The Age, 16th February, 2002:
"Truth is absolute. Truth is never
disposable. Truth is supreme in National Political Life."
Can the Prime Minister prove those
political qualities actually and positively comply with compulsory mass
drugging the Australian population with daily doses of fluoride from the
purposely added sodium silicofluoride to our drinking water supplies?
The chemicals purposely added to our
drinking water by Acts of Parliament are all crude commercial quality,
without official health registration for human use! Democracy and Truth!!!
The sodium silicofluoride used to fluoridate the water is a waste by product
collected in chimneys of U.S.A. fertiliser factories, not permitted dumping
ANYWHERE except public drinking water supplies!
If this message does not register with you,
please consider the following FACT. Sodium Silicofluoride is "by law"
prohibited from dumping any quantity, large or small, into Sydney Harbour,
Port Phillip Bay, lakes, rivers, oceans throughout Australia.
BUT that chemical, sodium
silicofluoride is purposely dumped into most Australian drinking water
supplies by the grace of politicians you voted into Parliament to guard, not
only your interests and health, but Democracy!
