Fluoridation ‑ A carefully organized
package of misinformation

Crunch Time
The truth concerning the shaky future of
world fluoridation, together with legal proof that it is contrary to
Constitutions of various countries, is terrorising the International
Fluoride Lobby.
Their fairytales have turned into obvious
fantasy stories, challenged in Australia and overseas countries on a basis
of illegality concerning Official Constitutional Law.
But in Australia, our Parliaments do not
recognise such legal documented protection of the people relating to
compulsory artificial fluoridation.
Australian people seem to admire the
effrontery of political and dental fluoridation claims, all without hard
intelligence or scientific logic.
Sadly, populations in fluoridated countries
do not see understanding this world‑wide exercise by controlled media,
desperately attempting to disguise the now known failure of fluoridation as
the ultimate in stopping tooth decay.
More important is the International
(including Australia) collapse of their failed false scientific commercial
fluoridation reasoning and promotion, where their dollars attempted, and
almost succeeded, in changing the Principles of Chemistry and Pharmacology,
all supported by those in trusted positions, even taught in most
universities, the Halls of Learning, paid for by our taxes!
"Why children's teeth were decaying,"
presented as an international discovery, everything synchronised even to
the printed commas, full stops and paragraphs.
Their panic was announced world‑wide on the
same date, Tuesday 22nd April, 2003.
Australian media was saturated, stating
dental decay was increasing over 20% by the latest research, but very little
mention of the fluoride wonder drug that comes with full guarantee by the
Australian parliaments and its members.
Their involvement was a notable silence,
and escape from those who followed their "leader" into the fairytales of
fluoridation.
The "official" scientific reason for dental
decay increasing so rapidly was publicly pronounced by the government expert
officials, the A.D.A. and, of course, the media gurus, who are experts on
every matter, even though their published knowledge on fluoridation rates
zero out of ten concerning mass medication of the population with an
unregistered toxic chemical.
"Children were damaging their teeth by
drinking clean unpolluted water."
Fluoridation promoters consider it more
moral to seem to be honest than to be right.
Their "moral dental right" is to
extrapolate any claims from anywhere irrespective of honest scientific
inquiry, but this attitude gets considerable help from the media, once
called "The Free Press", and your political representative in Parliament.
If fluoridation is safe and effective,
why did legislators pass totalitarian, despotic laws protecting
fluoridation from legal challenge?
Their concerted propaganda on fluoridation
is strangely accepted and permitted by governments, especially in Australia,
a home of fluoridation sorcery, devoid of constitutionally honest
governments in Federal and State arenas, but devastatingly lacking in well
known science.
The "great" discovery of why children's
teeth are decaying was duplicated in the world‑wide media, especially the
print media and television.
The information was presented, as an
international discovery, to the English speaking countries, U.S., U.K.,
Australia and New Zealand, everything synchronised even to the printed
comas, full-stops and paragraphs, all in the exact position. The only
difference was the "noted authors"!
A Case of Simple Logic
If fluoridation is safe and so effective,
why did legislators, the people you voted into Parliament to
constitutionally represent the wish and will of the community, pass
totalitarian, despotic laws governing the protection of fluoridation from
legal challenge. Most reasonable people would honestly, with
equivocation, consider the proof and safety of fluoridation should stand
proudly unprotected, erect, and scientifically unassailable.
Is that too much to ask responsible honest
governments?
Actually the fluoridation "claims" are pipe
dreams, based on wealth and political power, transforming science and
political honesty into a travesty of justice based on commercialism $$$$.
Consider the U.K. Government offering
each water supplier up to £12 million pounds indemnity against am action
concerning fluoridation.
None would accept the Government's
bribe, the risk was too great.
Australian politicians have given indemnity
to those adding fluoride chemicals to drinking water supplies. Why?
Fluoridation is exactly and proudly defined by politicians as safe.
Logic, not difficult to understand, hug •iof
the fluoridation guardianship.
The travesty of justice extends to the
Victorian Government altering their Constitution to now read:
"The Supreme Court of Victoria is
prohibited from entertaining cases against fluoridation."
That is an Unconstitutional Act of
Parliament, also contrary to the Commonwealth Constitution, 51, xxiiiA, but
a commercial act to protect commercial fluoridation.
U. K. Government offered each water
supplier up to 12 million pounds indemnity against any action concerning
fluoridation. None would accept this bribe.
Letters have been sent to the Minister of
Health, published in The Australian Fluoridation News, quoting these
details but no challenge or reply to our fluoridation statement.
All in the name of protesting the improper
massmedicating of Australian people using an industrial fluoride chemical
collected from within fertilizer factory exhaust chimneys. Too toxic for Too
toxic for release into the atmosphere!
The sodium sillcofluoride added to our
drinking water supplies is not registered or licensed anywhere in the
world as safe for humans, irrespective of dose (Report to U.S. Congress
2000).

The medical, pharmaceutical definition of
medicine is officially recorded in ‑Australia. The National Drugs and
Poisons Schedule Committee 2002:
"Medicine means, therapeutic goods
that are represented to achieve or are likely to achieve, their principle
intended action by pharmacological, chemical, immunologic or metabolic
means in or on the bode of a human or animal."
(Therapeutic Goods Act 1989, Section 3
interpretation, sub‑section 1).
In the United Kingdom, Practices of medical
products" (175/319,/EEC) - Medicine:
"Any substance or combination of
substances presented for healing or preventing diseases in human beings or
animals."
Fluoridation is promoted by Australian
Governments, Federal and State, as being effective in the prevention of
dental decay in children and adults.
"Since there is no requirement for
fluoride in any normal biochemical process in the human body, claims that
some potable water supplies may be 'deficient in fluoride' has no
scientific validity.
Therefore, in this respect, it is
therefore unsound to consider fluoride in any form as a nutrient.
The existence of laws permitting the
State to adopt policies supporting or imposing an intervention does not
imply that the practices, that it legitimatises, are themselves ethical,
or that they do not infringe the personal rights of the subject over whom
the State has domain."
In assessing the ethics of
fluoridation, these ethics are expounded in the European Convention on
Biomedicine and represents their extreme violation of Medical Ethics,
especially as the fluoride chemicals so used, have not been subjected to
proper appraisal and licensing under relevant regulations of the European
Community (Doug Cross, 2003 Eur. Pro. Biolo., Environmental Analyst).
A.M.A. policy on Fluoridation
contravenes its own Code of Ethics.
The A.M.A. is a grand promoter of
fluoridation as a "medicine to heal dental decay"; the President of the
Australian Medical Association, Brisbane. Dr. I. Toll. made clear the
fluoridation policies of the A.M.A.:
"Fluoridation of States Water Supply
is one of the first issues the new Australian Medical Association
President intends to put back on the political agenda.
She said, the A.M.A.Q. planned to let
Lord Mayor, Tim Quin, settle into office before raising the issue with
him, but stakeholders were 'talking behind the scenes and mobilising
troops'." (Brisbane Courier, 27th May, 2003)
Consider the "Australian Medical
Association Code of Ethics 1992".
(1) Evaluate your patient completely
and thoroughly.
(2) Maintain accurate contemporaneous
clinical records.
(3) Treat your patient with compassion
and respect for human dignity.
(4) Recommend to your patient that
additional opinions and services be obtained when treatment is not within
your expertise.
(5) Recognise that subjects (people)
should be allowed to withdraw from a study (experiment - as in
fluoridation) at any time.
(6) Build a professional basis on
integrity and ability.
(7) Refrain from making comments which
may needlessly damage the reputation of a colleague or cause anxiety."
Solidarity is most important especially
relating to questions of proof of fluoride mass-medication of a patient.
Perhaps the most important A.M.A. statement
of Ethics:
"(8) When interpreting scientific
knowledge to the public, recognise a responsibility to give the generally
held opinions of the profession."
One could question if that is an ethical
statement or a condition of membership.
The Ethics of Care or the Care of Ethics
The National Health and Medical Research
Council (NH&MRC) in their publication ‑ "Ethics in Medical Research 1985"
stated:
"The difficulty in this, as in other
fields, was to distinguish matters of ethics from matters of
experimental design, indeed they overlap, because it could be regarded
as unethical to undertake a poorly designed trial (experiment)."
Fluoridation is well and thoroughly
established in scientific literature as experimentation on the
population with badly designed and illogical science.

As fluoridation is a proven experiment on
humans, without scientific proof of effectiveness or safety, the NH&MRC make
interesting reading in their publication, "Ethics in Medical Research":
"Research must conform to generally
accepted moral and scientific principles. Before research is undertaken
the full consent of the subject should be obtained."
Perhaps the toothless NH&MRC was forced to
use the expression "should be obtained" rather than a scientific,
medical, ethical and responsible statement - "must be obtained", because
that is the law, that would automatically and legally stop fluoridation,
and highlight in bright neon signs the illegality of compulsory artificial
fluoridation.
The concluding recommendations of the NH&MRC
state:
"The progress of a trial experiment
should generally therefore be monitored. Monitoring should be done by an
independent person or small Committee."
Proof of the ORIGINAL fluoridation
experiments being faulty is well documented in the 1959 publication,
"Fluoridation: Errors and Omissions in Experimental Trials"; by Dr. Philip
Sutton D.D.Sc (Univ. Melb.).
Statistician, Professor Sir Ronald Fisher,
stated in 1951:
"If the design of an experiment is
faulty, any method of interpretation which makes it out to be decisive
must be faulty too."

Even the NH&MRC have, after many years of
challenge, conceded that the ORIGINAL experimental studies "had
methodological limitations", they also added:
"Flaws in study design do not
necessarily mean that the results of such studies are 'wrong',
although their results may lack accuracy."
That is the science of of Australia's
medical advisory organisation to the Government relative to fluoridation
experiments on Australian people.
Notwithstanding the above data, relative to
the medical FOUNDATION of fluoridation of 1945, on which the Australian
population is compulsorily daily drugged with an industrial poisonous
fluoride junk, collected in exhaust chimneys of fertiliser factories, the
National health and Medical Research Council state:
"In practice, the quality of the early
(the fluoridation foundation of science) intervention trials was generally
poor when judged against the above ideal."
Fluoridation would never be
pharmaceutically passed today, but now the same fluoridation industry rules
the world in it's wealth and political embargo on challenge.
Note the word "independently" left out of
"small committees" in the NH&MRC statement. The last straw!
"Independence is necessary because it
is often important, 0 order to minimise observer and patient bias."
What an extraordinary statement by
Australia's top authority in medical research when compared to their track
record!
Never has a qualified independent person
been invited to a seat at a NH&MRC Fluoridation Committee.
Ethics is obedience to the Law, the
Constitution, and, above all else, Democracy and Human Rights.
Queensland A.M.A. President, Dr. I. Toll,
referring to fluoridation Brisbane Courier, 27th May, 2003:
"We need to come out of the Middle
Ages in Queensland."
Interesting that all the fluoridation‑free
European countries, "living in the Middle Ages", are scientifically advanced
and their children have teeth equal to and better than fluoridated areas (W.H.O.).
"The quality of the early (fluoridation)
trials was generally poor ..."
N.H.&M.R.C.
President Toll stated:
"The whole world is going forward but
we (unfluoridated Brisbane) are going backwards."
Simply reading current news makes Dr. Toll
small in scientific fluoridation knowledge. Basel, Switzerland, stopped
their fluoridation, April 2003, after experimenting on their people for 41
years, they found fluoridation does not stop tooth decay, but causes
fluorosis of bones and teeth.
The Swiss also discovered there is no
scientific evidence proving fluoridation safety or effectiveness.
That does not support the A.M.A.
President's claim of fluoridation going forward, even though the Basel event
was 9th April, 2003 and Dr. Toll made her statement 27th May, 2003 in the
Brisbane Courier Mail.
Australia's longest fluoridated state on
brink of Dental Crisis
The fluoridation push today is that it
'helps elderly people". A visit to Australia's longest fluoridation State,
Tasmania, fluoridated for about 50 years will find communities of elderly
people waiting 4 years for URGENT dental service.

The President of the Tasmanian A.D.A.
stated, The Advocate, 4th May, 2001
"The State is on the brink of a dental
crisis."
People in Tasmanian streets collecting
signatures on a Petition to the Government, complaining that a 4 year
waiting list for dental treatment is not acceptable, even though they have
been drinking fluoridated water.
Fluoridated Tasmania also has the highest
disease rate in Australia (1987). The Federal Minister of Health, June 1994,
Carmen Lawrence, provided $750,000 to Northern Tasmania, Burnie Council to
pay for investigation into reasons why there exists such a high rate of
cancer.
We have not received any advice where and
how this money was used or its conclusions!
It is a serious scientific, medical, dental
and political situation when people in privileged positions, devote their
energy and trust to "flog a dead horse" on which there has been no qualified
post‑mortem, no investigation into its diet or quality of life ‑ just a dead
horse!
Ethics, Democracy, Law, Constitution,
Science and commonsense, must not interfere with fluoridation ethics,
solidarity must prevail.
Ethics in Parliaments is passing laws
against confidence tricksters who "con" the public, except those including
themselves who con the public in their promotion of fallacious fluoridation
claims.
Confidence tricksters ‑ those promoting
compulsory artificial fluoridation that has not been scientifically proven
safe and effective, and the fluoride chemical so used, sodium silicofluoride,
is not registered as a safe chemical for humans.
Conclusion
Living in a fluoridated area, you are a
walking human waste‑disposal unit for large foreign fertiliser factories.
