AUSTRALIAN FLUORIDATION MEDICAL SCIENCE
Australian medical scientists
must have skins of the armadillo, minds of flummoxed sorcerers or just
devoid of microscopic respect for their privileged profession.
Otherwise, they would follow
the moral and academic practice expected of them by learning, listening,
researching, reading and honest endeavour to respect every known scientific
matter that affects the health of humans.
But fluorides are taboo.
This is especially important
when scientifically considering such a common denominator in the compulsory
drugging of populations with sodium silicofluoride when reports, 2001, such
as those by Professor Roger D. Masters, Research Professor of Government and
Nelson A. Rockefeller, Professor Emeritus President, Foundation for
Neuroscience and Society, Dartmouth College, Hanover:
Silicofluorides
and Higher Blood Levels
"Recently the Assistant
Administrator of the EPA admitted to Congress that his agency had
no data on SiF toxicity and the Chief of the Treatment Technology
Evaluation Branch at the National Risk Management Research Laboratory
confirmed that the EPA has - 'no data on the health and behavioural
effects of fluosilicic acid'."
The important medical
procedure of human examination for fluoride in blood, is highlighted by
Masters who found communities using sodium silicofluoride have increased
levels of LEAD in children.
"Controlling for Poverty,
the effect of SiF use was highly significant when the sample is divided by
age and race these findings provide six separate samples in which 5iF is
associated with high blood lead.
"The injection of
silicofluorides (as used throughout Australia) in public water supplies is
a practice whose elimination could possibly contribute to
reduced rates of learning disabilities, substance abuse, violent crime
and asthma all connected with lead poisoning and other toxins.
"Whatever the benefits to
teeth and this is highly controversial, our research shows that the
issues facing the public, concern silicofluoride chemistry toxicology, and
the linkage of neurotoxins with behaviour or health. Before SiF chemicals
are used, citizens must know that they are safe for all." (Emphasis added)
Australian compulsory daily
drugging with sodium silicofluoride has been toxologically hidden from the
people by the covert operation of the fluoride lobby, endorsed and promoted
by Australian Governments, how proud to be a politician representing the
people in this manner.
Where are the faceless
Australian scientists and what research are they doing into the health
problems identified by Masters?
The Australian people are
considered "mushrooms", kept in the dark, and fed farmyard mayonnaise.
Although our Federation and
Associations are the only organisations solely devoted to researching
drinking water fluoride additions, we are not, indeed never have been,
privileged to a position on the mailing lists of the Federal or State Health
Departments, the N.H. and M.R.C. and other Government health departments,
data that is openly distributed by Government to all media.
That is the state of our
members, Australian Citizens, and taxpayers. We are completely
disenfranchised in a Country that boasts Democracy and honest
Government.
Is fluoridation all that is
claimed by dentists?
Dental week 2001 and a
suburban paper stated in a paid dental advertisement that:
"Only 56 per cent
Australians visit their dentist regularly - although this has risen in the
past five years."
"It is a real incentive
to make dental visits a priority."
"Technological advances
have brought dentistry into a new era." (President A.D.A. Victoria)
Just what do they do in this
"new era"?
Is it possible the new era is
really cashing in on the failure of fluoridation, because visits to dentists
have risen over the past five years and the number of dentists has also
risen?
Similar to the Tasmanian
Fluoridation Royal Commission 1966, the Victorian Hamer Fluoridation Report
1980 has been buried in scientific disgrace but confirms the foundation
of Government style fluoridation science agenda.
Your Parliament and
politicians at work!
Occasionally, indeed very
occasionally, a politician leaves the fluoride fold and makes an outstanding
statement on behalf of "the people" on the matter of compulsory drugging the
community with poisonous fluoride pollutant waste matter.
The Hon. Sir James Killen,
speaking on fluoridation in the Federal Parliament 1965, stated:
"It is not the duty of
State to herd dose people like cattle."
Canberra was fluoridated by an
Administrative decision, not by Parliament (Australian Democracy!).
The Minister, Mr Anthony,
claimed:
"There should not be a
referendum because people could be panicked into taking a decision."
Of course, that very same
thing happened to the politicians. They panicked to support their party,
their jobs and not the people they represented.
Sir James Killen stated that
the:
"action by the Government
was State Paternalism which he would not subscribe to in any
circumstances or under any threat."
The fluoridation of Sydney was
mostly promoted on "The Children of Yass", a small N.S.W. town of about 3000
people.
A study by N.D. Martin,
Professor of Preventive Dentistry, and RD. Barnard, Senior Lecturer in
Preventive Dentistry, led the promotion.
The examination of the Yass
children, October 1962, was by "The University of Sydney, The Director
General of Education, and the Archbishop of Canberra - Goulburn" (not a very
scientific group).
The Report stated:
"706 children aged 5-12
years were examined, 403 had lived in Yass all their lives or since 1955,
201 used town water exclusively, 101 tank water and 101 both tank and town
supply at their homes.
"The other children
examined lived outside the Town (149), or had moved to Yass from elsewhere
(154) and the majority of these (115) use town water exclusively."
One strange piece of
statistics is:
"There was a reduction in
the amount of decay in deciduous teeth ranging from 60% in 5 year olds to
20% in 8 year olds."
Why did the decay rate
increase by 40% in 3 years if the fluoridation was acting as claimed?
The dental fluorosis in Yass
children was high - 6-12 year olds, 26% and strangely the tank water
children had the exact same percentage of dental fluorosis!
You cannot get dental
fluorosis, fluoride poisoning by drinking clean tank water.
The study stated:
"There was less decay in
the permanent teeth and more children free from decay in the Yass resident
children than for other children resident in the rest of the State.
"The differences between
the Yass town water group and tank water group were not as marked for the
younger age groups as in other studies overseas after similar periods of
fluoridation, and varied from 30% to 10% reduction in dental decay with an
increase in the percentage of children caries-free ranging from 15% to 24
%.

All that suggests there are
other factors in Yass not associated with fluoride in the water, for example
the relatively hard water supply in Yass.
As an important propaganda
item used in the fluoridation of Sydney the Yass data was extensively used,
but with a guarantee to the Sydney people that the fluoridation would
produce a 60% reduction in dental decay, whereas the Yass children in a
scientifically poor study only recorded a varied reduction of 30-10%, a
factor of 20% benefit if you accept the yaa-ss study as "scientific".
During the same time the N.S.W.
Pure Water Association members visited Yass and documented the low
percentage of Yass homes with tanks.
At Forbes, NSW, the Council,
having previously declared water tanks illegal, fluoridated the water supply
in 1965. Following a 1995 referendum which voted 2 to 1 to stop
fluoridation, Forbes Council resolved to stop fluoridation, but the NSW
Department of "Health" refused Council's application.
Now, the Local Government and
Shire Association has endorsed an environmental strategy to conserve the
domestic water supply, with Strathfield Council the first to make water
tanks compulsory for all new buildings. Sydney Morning Herald, 29 and 30
August, 2001.
Fluoridation in politics
stands alone.
There has never been
an equal, where politicians act to protect the daily drugging of a
population without any proof of fluoridation and human safety.
During 1990 this author sent
the following letter to - R.J. Hawke, Prime Minister of Australia, Alan
Brown, Leader of the Opposition, Mrs Tehan, Minister of Health, Victorian
Government, Mrs Kerner, Victorian Premier,). Hewson, Leader of Opposition,
Dr R. Wood, Shadow Minister of Health, The Secretary, National Health and
Medical Research Council, Mrs. Hogg, Victorian Minister of Health and the
President, Australian Medical Association (and others).
Three replied and "noted my
opposition to fluoridation", but did not answer my question.
I replied to those few
explaining I did not mention my opposition to fluoridation, but that did not
draw any more correspondence.
My letter:
"I am an adult
Australian. Will you please advise why I need daily doses of poisonous
fluoride through my drinking water supply every day of my life?
"Your reply will be
appreciated if you will personally sign.
Sincerely, Glen S.R.
Walker."
On 16th March, 1984, I wrote
to the Secretary, Australian Medical Association asking for their data on
the medical position of fluoridation.
The last paragraph of my
letter:
"We will be interested to
have your Association's views on the rights of the individual patient to
refuse medication, should he so desire, and of course which is the law of
the land. and the difficulty in exercising this right in the case of
medication via the public drinking water supplies, such as occurs with
artificial fluoridation."
On 5th June, 1984, I received
the following reply:
"It has been decided
to seek advice from a member of the Association who is an expert in the
field on the latest position on fluoridation to form the basis of an
Association statement. You will appreciate that the formulation of a
statement may take some time."
No one can doubt the honesty
of the A.M.A. - "a statement may take some time".
That was a true fact, but
"some time" equalling 15 years really stretches the act of honest science -
no reply has ever been supplied (September 2001).
There seem no scientific
boundaries associated with promoting fluoridation.
The Mirror, 11th December
1973, published remarks by Mr Morris Williams, M.L.A. Parliamentary Member
for Box Hill, in reference to the fluoridation debate in Parliament. He is
quoted as saying:
"He predicted that the
death rate would drop after fluoridation."
On that expert opinion he
voted in Parliament to compulsorily fluoridate Victoria.
He is reported in Hansard 27th
November, 1973 p.2570:
"Fluoridation of water
will lengthen life ... will significantly reduce the death rate."
In medicine, dentistry and
Parliaments, there has never been so much unsubstantiated scientific claims
made by people in responsible positions of trust, all consistently promoting
the use of foreign fertiliser factories waste fluoride pollution, collected
for human consumption by compulsion, all without ever having scientific
medical proof that drinking a fluoride poisonous pollutant is safe,
irrespective of its concentration.
Mind space can be bought and
manipulated turning rational committees into following the decoy sheep of an
Australian culture based on apathy.
The original dental "painless
extractions", sums up the reality of painless extraction of public
intelligence, freedom, replacing it with commercial fluoride propaganda.
Fluoridation is a world of
highly professional marketing ploy, a well trodden pathway of political
lobbying, selling a "factory fluoride pollutant", a poisonous waste
by-product from fertiliser factory chimneys, all without due concern for
human health, democracy, The Constitution, the laws of pharmacology, the
formal oath of Politicians entering Parliament and "The will of the people".
Globalisation will remove all
Australian responsibility for compulsory fluoridation. Fluoridation will be
mandatory and controlled by dictatorial foreign powers, people from
countries without the meaning of democracy and "the will of the people".
They will dictate our living standards!
Australian people must not be
referred to as "crabs", we must go forward, not sideways or in reverse, but
it is up to the people themselves if motivated in the right straight forward
direction.
The time has arrived, indeed
well overdue, for a Royal Commission into the political and medical
scientific behaviour in all actions relative to the use of compulsory
artificial fluoridation using the unproven "safety" of sodium
silicofluoride.
